BIRDS THAT ARE DEEMED NON-RELEASABLE AND ARE NOT SUFFERING PHYSICAL PAIN ARE UTILIZED AS EDUCATIONAL AMBASSADORS AND ARE PROVIDED PERMANENT SANCTUARY. LAST CHANCE FOREVER BELIEVES EDUCATION IS THE KEY TO MAKING A LARGER IMPACT IN THE WORLD, AND SUPPORTS THIS BELIEF WITH PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING ABOUT RAPTORS AND PRACTICAL ENVIRONMENTALISM.
